I bought this pack for my 8 day trip to Japan. I was very happy with the amount of clothes/random stuff I found along the way this bag could carry. All the straps are very well padded and I never once felt uncomfortable while carrying about 40 pounds. The zippers do stick sometimes but it definitely wasn't enough of a pain the keep me from giving this a five star review. I did a lot of searching before I made my purchase and I'm convinced I got the best value possible!

The very trip out the water bladder fell through the bottom of the pocket. It wasn't stitched very well. After 4 e-mails and pictures included they agreed to take it back for replacement or give me 10 dollars credit. Like it would be possible to have someone fix it for 10 dollars. Other than the above problem it packed nicely, carried nicely and the outside seems very durable.
