Cheap Tommy Bahama Backpack Cooler Chair with Storage Pouch and Towel Bar Discount Review Shop
I bought two of these chairs this past July while on vacation at the beach. Within a couple of days the cupholder on one of the chairs began to separate. I had intended to call the company to discuss the problem but time excaped me and I never did and figure it was too late to complain. However I received an Amazon request to rate my recent purchases. So I took advantage of that and did rate the chairs....very low. Within an hour of my rating being posted, I received a phone call from the seller and offered to replace the chair, no charge.
I love the chairs and was disappointed with the one chair but I am extremely happy with the seller's customer service and would recommend them based on the service provided me. Thanks for helping me out, I appreciate it.
